The Role
– Acts as Level 1 Engineer in handling IT Help Desk Operations
– Provides 1st Level Support for End user IT Infrastructure
– Incident and Service request management
– Acts as a liaison between the end users and level 2 if required
– Hands on experience on handling multiple tickets related to the IT
– Knowledge of IP telephony
Requirements
– Relevant IT help desk experience , Knowledge of troubleshooting basic OS issues.
– Experience in IT Helpdesk tool, Bachelor’s degree and ITIL V3 foundation is a plus,
– Female, Candidate must be in UAE for Physical Interview
