The Role
Client is an international main contractor with a proven track record globally – are looking to appoint a Construction Manager to be positioned on the build of a new mall in Dubai. The successful candidate will secure a position on a long-term project and be pivotal in the delivery of a premier shopping/leisure facility in the region.
Requirements
– At least 5 years in a similar role in the UAE
– Must have a background working on malls or similar large scale projects in the region
– Degree educated in a related subject
– Background in concrete/infrastructure as project currently it it’s infancy
– Western nationalities preferred
