Kabul, July 19: A helicopter crash in Afghanistan has killed 15 people, News agencies today reported.
Interfax and RIA Novosti say a Russian-made Mi-8 helicopter crashed in Kandahar on take-off.
Interfax says there were 17 people on board and that two survived the crash.
They cite an unidentified source in Russia’s Federal Air Transport Agency.
