HC gives the last warning to ND Tiwari

New Delhi, July 29: The 80 years old ND Tiwari who was ousted from Governor Post of the state for his involvement in sex scandal inside Raj Bhavan, has been engaged in a legal battle with Rohit Shekar who claims that he is biological son of him. Tiwari, while he was young and working at New Delhi is said to be had extramarital affair with Shekar’s mother Ujwala Sharma, who then used to meet him regularly as a part of her journalist job.

She had a son Rohit Shekar out of their relationship. After he grown up as youngster he has filed a petition against Tiwari in Delhi High Court. He asks the court to order his father ND Tiwari to accept him as his biological son. He also requested the court to conduct DNA test for both to prove this truth. He has submitted more than hundred photos of his mother and Tiwari taken together in several occasions that proves their intimacy. But, Tiwari is refusing to come to court and to give his blood sample for DNA test. Hence, the Delhi High Court which is fed-up with his attitude has warned him that, if he fails to give his blood sample for DNA test, it is going to declare Rohit Shekar as his biological son.
