The Hyderabad High Court has adjourned inquiry into the petitions filed against appointment of Parliamentary Secretaries by the Telangana State government to Friday.
The counsels argued on behalf of the petitioners TDP MLA Revanth Reddy and Nalgonda Congress MP Gutha Sukhender Reddy and pleaded for interim orders on the appointments of Parliamentary Secretaries. Telangana State Advocate-General submitted to the High Court that the Parliamentary Secretaries were only helpers to the Ministers. Hearing both sides, the High Court adjourned the case to Friday.
