Telangana Film Chamber of Commerce President Prathani Ramakrishna Goud along with a team of film actors from Telugu and Tamil industries today called on Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. The team extended support to welfare schemes being taken up Telangana Government and offered to collect funds for the same through a cricket match. Chief Minister agreed to their proposal to inaugurate a cricket match at LB Stadium on June 21 and will pool about Rs 10 crore to Rs 12 crore. Actors of both the film industries will participate in the cricket match and will handover the funds to the chief minister for welfare schemes. IT Minister K T Rama Rao will participate in price distribution program, a CMO release said. (NSS)
