Hyderabad, October 23: ( Siasat News) Complaining about the lack of basic and essential facilities in government schools of the city, Praja Rajyam held the government and authorities of the education department responsible for the situation.
President Greater Hyderabad Feroz Khan visited various government schools in Nampally constituency and got details of the facilities provided for the students. He talked to the students and listened to the problems faced by them. He inspected the standard of food provided under Mid-day meal scheme.
He said that the meal provided by Nandi foundation was very poor and uneatable. He said if this food continued to be served then students’ health could be affected. Feroz khan said that government schools lacked furniture and the cleaning arrangement was deplorable. Government schools had turned into hubs of anti social elements’ activities.
