Good news for nurses working in various hospitals and medical institutions working across Telangana State as the government is all set to regularize their services soon. Besides, the government is contemplating to recruit 1000 posts of nurses for various government hospitals in the State.
The Government will soon regularize their services to give a fillip to the patient care and better health services, according to Health Minster Dr C Lakshma Reddy.
Participating in a program at Gandhi Hospital to mark International Nurses Day here, he said 1000 posts of nurses will be recruited. Lakshma Reddy also praised the nurses for their persistent and committed services towards patients. He also called upon nurses to upgrade their skills through adopting latest technology and gadgets to offer the best services. The minister assured that the Government would regularize the services of contract nurses working across the hospitals and medical and health institutions in the State. The health minister said the State government will resolve all their issues. Role of the Nurses is essential for healthy State of Telangana, he added. (NSS)
