Thiruvananthapuram, November 19: Kerala Government today ordered a judicial probe into the police firing at Kasaragod in which an Indian Union Muslim League worker was killed.
The terms of reference of the probe would be decided later, Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan told reporters after a cabinet meeting here.
An IUML activist was killed in police firing and another stabbed to death on Sunday last at Kasaragod when an IUML rally organised as part of a reception for party leaders reportedly turned violent.
Most political parties, including the Congress which heads the opposition United Democratic Front of which IUML is a constituent, have demanded a judicial probe into the incident.
