Hyderabad: On Wednesday, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Commissioner DR B Janardhan Reddy said, the roads which are badly damaged will be repaired from Thursday.
According to the news published in Metro India, he said about Rs 75 crores has been sanctioned for the repair work along the 180 kilometer stretch in the city.
While starting the work, the quality and standard are maintained said the The Commissioner directed engineering officials.
He had set up some guidelines for the engineering officials, he asked them to maintain M Book, update progress of work online, and inform JNTU, Osmania and IIT professors about the work in progress, and co-ordinate with traffic police and water works departments for smooth functioning of works.
Where Metro Rail works are also in progress, the Engineers are likely to be trained on special care to be taken.
On Thursday, to apprise them of the expected compliances from taking up the road repair works, one day special training programme to engineers is being conducted, the Commissioner said.
