Hyderabad, July 05: Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation officials on Monday sealed a newly constructed six-storey commercial for ‘severely deviating’ from the approved building plans and other lapses.
The GHMC said that the complex, housing the ‘Brand Factory’ and ‘Reliance Digital Retail Limited’ at Himayathnagar.
The building is said to be the property of one Rajkumar Malpani and and Maheshwar Mega Venture builders.
The GHMC seized this complex based complaint received during Face to Face Programme of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation held on July 2 from one Noorunnisa Begum a resident of Brindavan Colony, Tolichowki.
The GHMC officials seized the Ground + 6 structure along with 2 cellars on Monday morning between 9 to 10 AM.
The grounds for seizing of the building is presence of several deviations from the approved building plan, non- receipt of occupancy certificate from GHMC and non receipt of final no objection certificate from Fire Safety Authorities.
