New Delhi, February 17: Describing Prime Minister Manmohan Singh a ‘helpless leader’ incapable of checking corruption in the Government, the BJP accused him of making a well-planned effort to shield corruption.
Party president Nitin Gadkari, however, vowed to continue fight against price rise and corruption.
Commenting on Prime Minister’s observations on graft at a news conference yesterday, Mr Gadkari said it was totally disheartening to see Dr Singh as Government head conceding his helplessness before the country in checking his Cabinet colleagues and top bureaucrats.
