Prof. S A Shukoor Special Officer Telangana State Hajj Committee told that forms for Hajj 2015 will be released and accepted shortly. Persons aspiring to go to the Holy pilgrimage must immediately apply for the international passport as the Hajj application will not be accepted without passport. Besides those who have passport must make sure that their passports are valid till March 2016 otherwise they must renew their passports. Persons holding handwritten passports have to obtain a fresh passport as the handwritten passports will become invalid, and submit the Hajj application along with the copy of new passport.
Prof. Shukoor further said that as per new rules every applicant must have his/her own bank account. Those who don’t have their personal bank account must immediately open one.
