Lucknow, July 11: A father-daughter duo was crushed to death when a dumper ran over them at a village here, police said today.
The incident took place at Aurangabad village yesterday when the speeding dumper hit the 47-year-old man and his 21-year-old daughter, who were on a motorcycle, and ran over them, they said.
Following the incident, angry villagers thrashed the driver of the dumper and handed him over to police, they said.
