Exoneration of Mohammed Pahelwan was not digested: Fake case registered against his nephew

Hyderabad: If justice is not achieved from court, some people cannot tolerate others getting justice.

A series of harassments started against the relatives of Mohammed Pahelwan. In a recent incident, Charayangutta police registered an allegedly fake case against Yahyah bin Younus Yafai who is the nephew of Mohammed Pahelwan.

Reliable sources indicated that Salman ba Masood registered a complaint against Yahyah bin Younus that Zubair Afari, Ammar Bawazir and Yahyah bin Younus attacked him and caused injuries.

Chandrayangutta Police took immediate action and registered criminal cases against the above mentioned youths under sections 324 and 506 of IPC.

The relatives of Mohammed Pahelwan alleged that by registering such cases, they are being threatened whereas Yahyah has no role in this case.

It may be mentioned that VII Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge had exonerated 10 accused persons on 29th June in which Yahyah bin Younus Yafai was one of them. When Yahyah reached his home, South Zone Police personnel reached his home and allegedly threatened him.
