Chicago: The Moon Sighting Committee of America announced that in Chicago, New York, Washington, Atlanta in US and Toronto, Montreal, Ontario and in other cities, Eid-ul-Fitr would be celebrated on Wednesday. In various Masajids, Islamic Centers and Banquet Halls, Eid-ul-Fitr prayer arrangements would be made on large scale.
