AP CM to visit Kazakstan, Russia to attract investments

Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will embark on yet another foreign trip to Kazakstan and Russia to give a push to investment promotion in the state.

The Chief Minister will lead a 10-member official delegation to Astana, capital of Kazakstan, and Russia from July 9 to 14, an order issued by Chief Secretary Satya Prakash Tucker said.

The delegation will visit Ekaterinburg, St Petersburg and Moscow in Russia for investment promotion. It will also take part in the INNOPROM-2016, an international industrial exhibition in Russia, it said.

State Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu, senior IAS officials Satish Chandra, G Sai Prasad, Ajay Jain, Solomon Arokia Raj and others will be part of the delegation.

Naidu had visited China last month where he could attract investments to the tune of Rs 60,000 crore to the state.
