A 24-year-old woman died of burn injuries which she suffered after setting herself ablaze at her residence in Dharmareddy colony of Kukatpally.
According to KPHB police, the deceased K Rajitha @ Padma (24) an Housewife W/o Kurmaiah, had allegedly setting her ablaze at her residence on June 18 evening hours, immediately she was rushed to Gandhi Hospital for treatment where undergoing treatment she was died on Friday early hours.
Deceased husband allegedly being mentally and physically harassed for additional dowry for last few months, deceased taking extreme step of suicide set ablaze herself.
Deceased Rajitha married with Kurmaiah on October 26, 2009.
Deceased body shifted to Gandhi Hospital Mortuary for postmortem, after autopsy dead body handed over to her relatives.
KPHB Police has been registered a case of harassment under section 304 B against her Husband and began investigations.
