London, July 25: Denzel Washington is ecstatic after landing the long cherished role of US President Barack Obama in an upcoming bio-pic. The 54-year-old Academy-winning actor wanted to play Obama, 47, but feared that he will be too old to play the President by the time anyone decides to make a movie on the politician’s life.
But the actor has confirmed that he is set to play the dream role after he was endorsed by none other than the President himself, Contactmusic reported.
However, the actor has only one concern, he thinks that his ears are smaller than Obama’s.
“It was at the President’s suggestion. The only problem is he has bigger ears than me,” Washington said.
