Muzaffarnagar, June 23: Two girls, working t a call center in New Delhi, were allegedly gang raped by the driver and three supporters of ruling Bahujan Samaj Party MLA Shehnaz Rana in Civil Lines area here last night.
Police today said Komal, resident of Geeta Colony in Delhi, had gone to Mussorie along with her two cousins and one woman colleague.
The quartet were returning to the national capital on Innova vehicle, when their vehicle developed some problem.
They were getting it repaired, when four people kidnapped the girls and raped them.
Later, they snatched their mobiles phones and whatever cash they had.
The victims late last night lodged a case against Juned Rana, Irshad Rana, Javed Rana and Dilashad Rana — the driver and aides of BSP MLA from Bijnore, Shehnavaz Rana– under section 364, 376, 511 and 394 of the IPC.
Police have arrested driver Dilshad and supporters Juned and Irshad and launched a search for the another.
Rape spree is continue in UP since the past few days.
