Srinagar, August 17: Life returned to normal in Srinagar, other major towns and tehsil headquarters as authorities lifted the curfew restrictions today and there was also no strike call from any separatist organisation.
However, the breakaway Hurriyat Conference(HC) has again given a call for strike tomorrow.
Shops and business establishments reopened early this morning after the authorities announced that there would be no curfew restrictions.
