Army man electrocuted to death
(Siasat News): An army man electrocuted to death. This incident occurred in Golconda police limits.
Inspector Syed Fayyaz said that the deceased Vikram Singh, 20, was a sepoy in Indian Army. Yesterday, he was accidentally burnt when he was electrocuted due to short circuit.
He was shifted to Army Hospital where he died during the treatment.
Woman burnt to death
(Siasat News): A woman was accidentally burnt in Hafizbaba Nagar that proved fatal.
According to Kanchan Bagh police, the deceased khadeeja, 30, was the wife of one Syed Ali of Hafizbaba Nagar.
On June 3, she was accidentally burnt in her house and had sustained severe burn injuries. She was taken to the hospital where she died during the treatment.
Police Kanchan Bagh has registered a case and further investigations are on.
Gang demanding ransom, unearthed
(Siasat News): Jubilee Hills police has unearthed a gang of kidnappers who had kidnapped a small time film actor and had demanded Rs. 2 lakh as ransom for his release.
Police has arrested two persons including a home guard attached with CID. However, police said that some more members of the gang are yet to be arrested.
A manhunt is launched to nab them. The gang had kidnapped Srinivas on May 31 and demanding Rs. 2 lakh from his family members for his safe release.
Jubilee Hills police is further investigating.
Cellphone shop burgled
(Siasat News): Burglars this time strike at a cellphone shop at S D Road in Secunderabad where they had covered the CCTV camera with a piece of cloth to prevent the recording of video footage.
According to Mahankali police, Apex iphone Servicing Centre is situated at Mahankali Road. The burglars made their escape good with 40 cellphones valued at Rs. 26 lakh.
Taking note of this broad daylight burglary DCP North Zone Sumathi has formed a special team and claimed that the burglars would be arrested soon.
