Woman missing with children

Hyderabad, June 4 (Siasat News): A woman along with her three children is missing from Badam Galli of Old Malakpet.

According to Chaderghat police, Atia Fatima, 30, along with her three children went missing since May 29. In the meantime, Atia Fatima’s father Habeebuddin has lodged a complaint in Chaderghat police station and the police has already started the search operation.

Addl. Inspector Chaderghat Mr. Riyazuddin has appealed the people to inform the police station in case of any trace of the woman and the children. The phone number is: 9490616404.

Drunkard wife ends life

Hyderabad, June 4 (Siasat News): A wife, who was in the bad habit of drinking, committed suicide as she was reprimanded by her husband.

This incident occurred in Nallakunta where one Rjamma, 35, poured kerosene on her body and set ablaze. She died during the treatment in hospital.

Rajamma and Pochiah got married four years back and have two children. However, she has the bad habit of consuming liquor and always found in intoxicated condition.

Pochiah was very upset over this habit of his wife and had reprimanded her. Police Nallakunta has registered a case and further investigations are on.

Transformer blown up, shop gutted

Hyderabad, June 4 (Siasat News): In the old city area of Talabkatta, a transformer was blown up and a shop was totally gutted. This incident sent fear waves in Chacha garage.

People in the locality blamed APTransco for the incident. One Mohd. Khan lodged a complaint in Bhavani Nagar police station.

It is said that many representation were made in connection with the replacement of the defected transformer but APTrannsco paid no heed. Bhavani Nagar, Talabkatta and Aman Nagar are backward areas and the electric transformers are in a bad condition there.

It is high time that the authorities should pay attention to this problem.

Boy dies in attempt to grow height

Hyderabad, June 4 (Siasat News): In a bizarre incident an intermediate student accidentally died when he tried to grow his height and in the attempt tried to hang himself with a Sari.

This incident occurred in the jurisdiction of Mirpet police station. According to the details, P Fani Pojeet, an intermediate student of Gayathri College, was playing with his sisters.

After sometime, he asked his sisters to leave the room and bolt it from outside. Pojeet, in the meantime, tried to hang with a Sari tied with the ceiling. He was very eager to grow his height and used to do different experiments.

At 4 pm when his mother Sharada entered the house and found Pojeet lying on the bed unconscious. He was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him dead.

Inspector Mirpet Mr. T Ravindra told Siasat that Pojeet’s height was 5.5 ft and he was very eager to get it increased. Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
