Court records the statements of Kasab in 26/11 trial

Mumbai, February 24: Lone surviving Pakistani gunman Ajmal Kasab and two Indians, facing the 26/11 terror attack trial, today told a special court that they were not aware about the persons who had taken bodies of the victims from terror sites to hospitals.

The three accused also informed Judge M L Tahaliyani that they had no knowledge that inquest ‘panchanamas’ of the bodies found at the terror sites had been drawn by independent witnesses.

The trio said they were not aware that blood samples of deceased victims had been sent by police to forensic laboratories for chemical analysis.
