Hyderabad: TTDP working president A Revanth Reddy has alleged that “corrupt” ministers were obstructing construction of houses to the poor and also obstructing the revenue coming to the State government.
Revanth Reddy has addressed a letter to the Chief Minister in this regard on Sunday. In the letter, Revanth Reddy stated the government has to get Rs 3,000 crore from the joint ventures. He demanded that the government construct double bed room houses in the lands, which were in the clutches of private firms. He also suggested to the State government to construct the DBR houses by collecting arrears from the private firms. He warned that the TTDP would launch an agitation in case the State government failed to respond to it and said his party would approach the courts if need arises. (NSS)
