Hyderabad: The congress leaders Marri Shashidhar Reddy and Niranjan today appealed to Election Commission to take action against chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and remove Chief Secretary SK Joshi for poll code violation.
They called on CEO Rajat Kumar today at Secretariat here and sought action against the chief minister and the CS. While the chief minister is conducting political meetings in Pragathi Bhavan, Joshi release a list against the poll code, Reddy complained. As per poll code the chief minister cannot make use of his official residence for political meetings and offer party shawls to leaders of other parties to join the ruling party he said. He also said that the chief secretary violated the poll code has released an IT Report with details of awards to KCR and KTR.
