Cong MPs of T’gana pleads for putting off of Group-I exams

Hyderabad, September 02: Eleven Congress MPs from the Telangana region today requested the Chief Minister Mr K Rosaiah to give necessary instructions to the A P Public Service Commission to postpone the Group-I service examinations by two months.

In a letter sent to the Chief Minister, the MPs pointed out that the students were associated with the Telangana agitation in a peaceful manner and were not able to prepare themselves well for the Group-I service Examinations. In view of this, they want the examination be postponed by two months.

Dr G Vivekanand, Dr Manda Jagannatham, Mr Anjan Kumar Yadav, Mr Madhu Yashki Goud, Mr Ponnam Prabhakar, Mr Rajaiah, Mr Gutha Sukender Reddy, Mr Suresh Kumar Shetkar, Mr Momatireddy Raj Gopal Reddy, Mr Survey Satyanarayana and Mr P Balaram are the MPs who signed the letter.
