Jagan has not violated party discipline: KJR

Hyderabad, September 02: MLC Kanukula Janardhana Reddy on Wednesday stated that Kadapa MP YS Jaganmohan Reddy has not violated High Command orders at any time.

Talking to media person on Assembly premises, Mr Janardhana Reddy stated the Odarpu yatra taken up by the MP was his personal affair.

The MLC stated that the High Command has not issued any formal notice to the Congress members not to participate in the Odarpu yatra but is observing the situation. He added that disciplinary action against violators of party discipline would be initiated if needed.

When asked the Chief Minister K Rosaiah is contacting the High Command to find solutions for even small problems, he said that Mr Rosaiah would contact the party high command whenever necessary.

He hailed the AICC decision of extending Rs 1 lakh as ex-gratia for the families of those who died of shock following the news of the death of the former chief minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy.
