Hyderabad, May 10: Amid media reports that PRP President K Chiranjeevi would be given a plum post at the national level by the Congress Party, the High Command today invited him to come to the national capital by tomorrow.
Mr Chiranjeevi had already merged his party with Congress.
Sources said Mr Chiranjeevi would leave for New Delhi this evening.
During his stay in New Delhi, Mr Chiranjeevi would dicuss with the top leaders of the Congress party on the merger issue where some technical issues were still left and on the latest political developments in the state.
The actor-turned-politican would also discuss with the leaders on the filling up of nominated posts in the Congress party, the sources added.
