Hyderabad, December 31: Two co-brothers died while their relative suffered injuries after the two wheeler in which they were travelling rammed into a roadside tree on the outskirts of the city today. The duo were coming to the city after attending the birthday party of one of the victims.
Police said the mishap occurred at Mallapur on the Pahadesharief-Balapur road around 11.30 a.m. One of the victims, N Narayana (32) was a resident of RCI while his co-brother Venkatesh was a resident of Banjara Hills. An employee of SBI bank, Venkatesh had gone to Narayana’s house to attend the birthday party of the latter’s son.
“The duo, along with their brother-in-law, Keshavulu, were coming into the city when the driver of the Kinetic Honda on which they were travelling lost control and rammed into a roadside tree. Narayana and Venkatesh died instantly due to severe head injuries while Keshavulu suffered minor injuries,” police said. The accident took place at a steep curve on the road, police added.
In another mishap, a bank employee Rama Rao (53) of Rajendranagar, died after his two wheeler was knocked down by a vehicle near Langer Houz last night.
