Hyderabad, February 17: Handlooms & Textiles Minister P. Shankar Rao has described film hero K. Chiranjeevi as a ‘vitamin tonic’ given to the Congress.
The Minister said he was sure that Chiranjeevi would be an additional force to “maintain and sustain” Congress.
He said although the Praja Rajyam of Chiranjeevi was elected from a limited number of Assembly constituencies in the State during the last elections, it established vote banks at each place and this fact could not be undermined.
