Hyderabad, November 30: Replacement of Andhra Pradesh leadership by dropping off Dr. Rossaiah from the post of Chief Minister not only proved dear to the Congress High Command but has become a new head ache for her.
In view of the apprehensions of struggle and protest demanding separate Telangana state becoming intense in the coming days Congress High Command has given reign of power in the hands of a young leader Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy as part of the measures taken to handle the anticipated contingencies in the coming days but Congress High Command had least expected the present chaos in the party.
Former chief minister Dr. Rajshekhar Reddy’s son Mr. Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy revolted from the party and resigned from the parliament membership as well as primary membership of Congress. On the other side Praja Rajyam party unanimously decided not to join the new state cabinet under Kiran Kumar Reddy’s leadership.
Apart from this several scheduled programmes had to be postponed owing to change in leadership as a result government administration has come to a standstill.
