Kanpur, July 21: A case has been registered against a doctor and his son here after the dead body of a youth was found under mysterious circumstances, police said today.
According to a police spokesperson, the victim identified as Rajeev Dwivedi was found dead on Monday and his parents in their FIR allege that Rajeev was killed by a doctor’s son, who suspected some foul play between Rajeev and Dr Krishna Devram Shrivastav, a deputy Chief Medical Officer posted at Allahabad.
Police said that all aspects of the case including that of homosexuality is being probed.
