BJP sure to come to Power in AP after 2019: Ram Madhav

Stating that BJP would emerge as a reckoning force against TDP and YSRC in Andhra Pradesh, BJP national general secretary Ram Madhav expressed confidence that BJP would come to power in the state in 2019 elections.

Ram Madhav, who was here to attend a function where newly appointed AP BJP state party president Kanna Lakshminarayana assumed charge, said the party has given a new leadership to Andhra Pradesh state party.

The party has strengthened in rural areas when Haribabu was president of state unit and now Lakshminarayana’s leadership would give a new direction to the party and it would further get strengthened, Ram Madhav said.

The centre has fulfilled 85 per cent of bifurcation assurances and the remaining would be implemented, he assured and said that the NDA government is committed to sanction railway zone in Andhra Pradesh. Lakshminarayana has more experience than Chandrababu Naidu in politics, Ram Madhav said and alleged that political parties are coming together to defeat Prime Minister Modi.

Earlier, Ram Madhav was talking to media persons at Gannavaram airport in Krishna district before leaving for Guntur, alleged that TDP is spreading disinformation against BJP. BJP general secretary was given a warm welcome when he arrived at the airport.

He expressed hope that BJP would alone contest elections in 2019 and come to power.

The centre is committed for development of Andhra Pradesh and BJP would fulfil its election promises.

Uttar Pradesh minister Sidharthnath, who was also accompanied Ram Madhav, said Chandrababu Naidu who has an excellent vision and always work hard is spoiling his image himself .(NSS)
