Mumbai, August 20: Without taking name of any political party, BJP president Nitin Gadkari today flayed the culture of politics based on language and regionalism.
“BJP does not want to do any myopic politics based on regionalism and language. We all are Indians,” he said at a function of BJP Uttar Bharitya Wing.
“I was born in Marathi family and I love the culture. I follow philosophy of Saint Tukaram and Gyaneshwar. But I have nothing against Hindi language,” he said without naming MNS.
“The Constitution does not allow any division of people based on language…There is no quarrel between Hindi and Marathi,” he said.
