New Delhi: Bihar’s electorate have given clear mandate to JD(U)-RJD-led Grand Alliance and rejected the BJP’s speculated wave in the country. Analysing his party’s defeat in the Assembly elections, BJP’s firebrand leader Subramanian Swamy on Sunday said that the party needs to deliver on the promises it had made in 2014 to win again.
Taking to Twitter, Swamy wrote, “We won in 2014 on promise of anti-corruption drive, Hindutva hope and governance delivery. We need all three to win again.”
Blaming the pseudo secularism for BJP’s defeat, Swamy further added, “ As we saw in 2004, BJP cannot win by competing with others on secularism and cultivating presstitudes.”
