Ghaziabad: Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav today attacked BSP and BJP saying they are the “birds of the same feather” and can “go to any extent” to form the next government in the state.
Addressing a public meeting in Masuri town for Congress-SP candidate Dharmesh Tomar from Dhaulana constituency, which falls parts in Ghaziabad and parts in Hapur, he said BJP-BSP had formed coalition government in the past but shattered the alliance “out of greed for power”.
He said the Samajwadi Party-Congress alliance will win at least 300 seats by defeating “communal forces”.
He further said Mayawati had “deliberately transferred” BSP’s vote to BJP during 2014 parliamentary elections.
He alleged that BSP is “selling” tickets in “several crores of rupees” that is why so many sitting MLAs and party workers left the party and joined SP-congress alliance.
He said people suffered badly due to demonetisation.
Taking a jibe over the issue, he said money is not black but the transactions are black.
