Patna, December 26: The opposition RJD in Bihar today alleged that the RSS was shifting its focus to the state to make it its work place.
“RSS has now shifted its attention to Bihar and brought it under its agenda… the RSS leaders now wish to attain their cherished desire of making the state its work place”, RJD spokesman Shakeel Ahmed Khan told reporters.
His comments came in the wake of yesterday’s meeting of RSS leaders, addressed by their chief Mohan Bhagwat at Gandhi Maidan here.
Describing RSS as a “communal and fascist organisation”, Khan reiterated his party’s demand for banning the organisation.
He asked Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to explain his secular credentials after meetings of RSS leaders were allowed to be held at Gandhi Maidan here and at Rajgir recently.
