Patna, June 11: The Congress today said it would soon come out with a ‘chargesheet’ against the present governance for making “hollow” claims on the law and order situation in the state.
“We will go to the people’s court with facts and figures and present chargesheet against the Nitish Kumar government as the tall claims being made on improvement of law and order front are hollow,” AICC general secretary in-charge Mukul Wasnik and the state party president Choudhry Mehboob Ali Kaiser told reporters here.
They alleged that during the present rule, women were not safe and contrary to the claims of the state government, cases of kidnapping have increased.
The incidents of atrocities on Dalits too have increased in Bihar, Wasnik, also the Union Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment, said.
