New Delhi, January 29: Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who was in the capital to attend the premier of his latest movie ‘Rann’, said he was moved to tears after a thunderous applause by the audience in the middle of the film.
“I cannot remember it happening to me in recent times, nor in times past, an audience applause in the middle of my film, at the end of a scene or dialogue. But it happened tonight at the premier of Rann,” Big B wrote on his blog.
Rann, which releases today, is directed by Ram Gopal Verma and sees Bachchan portraying a media baron Vijay Harshvardhan Malik who fights for upholding journalistic principles.
“A thunderous and prolonged applause at the end of a scene that I perform towards the end of the film, moved me to tears.
