Bathukamma the state festival was today celebrated in Telangana Secretariat amid enthusiasm and happiness. Women staff of various departments participated in the ritual of Bathukamma at the C Block premises. Entire Secretariat reverberated with the songs of floral festival. At a make shift arrangement women employees seen singing songs and made rounds of Bathukamma that are decorated to suit the occasion with attractive flowers. (NSS)
