Health Minister Dr C Lakshma Reddy today said the State Government will introduce Ayush health procedures in Arogyasri scheme and provide better funding in the budget. He said the TRS Government gave top priority to Ayurvedic system and Ayush health services across the State. He said that steps being taken to encourage domestic Ayurvedic system and health services.
Launching a new building and laying foundation stone for an auditorium at Government Homeo Hospital premises in Ramanthapur here the minister said that it is time for adopting domestic Ayurvedic system to provide better health services and medicines to common man.
The minister thanked My Home Chief Jupally Rameshwar Rao for offering Rs 50 lakh for the auditorium estimated to cost Rs 2.0 crore. The Auditorium works will be completed soon he said adding that Centre also launched Ayush Ministry to push domestic health system in the country. The government is going ahead with wellness Centre culture giving primary health services. To make Arogya Telangana, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is developing the health sector with more funds he claimed. (NSS)
