Ajmer, April 09: Sangh Parivar functionary and accused in some terror blast cases Swami Aseemanand and Co-accused Bharat Bhai will not be prosecution’s approvers in the infamous Dargah Sharif blast case.
Chief Judicial Magistrate RL Mud rejected their applications for turning approvers yesterday.
In their request, the two accused said that they had written
applications for becoming approvers under pressure and torture by the investigating-prosecuting agency ATS.
This is seen as a serious blow to the prosecution’s efforts
in the case in which senior RSS leader Indresh Kumar has also
been referred as one of main conspirators.
