Ahmedabad, December 11: Gujarat High Court has raised some critical questions on the investigation carried out by CID (crime) in connection with mysterious deaths of two boys at the Asaram ashram in Motera.
This was revealed by India leading newspaper The Times of India.
It is well known that some biased media channels telecast the news for only defaming the ashram and various activities of the ashram performed by sadhaks for the development of the society.
Currently, biased media channels are telecasting breaking news citing Asaram Bapu ji accused of muder attempt on his ex-disciple. But media seems to forget its responsibility which includes showing to the Indian public that this ex-disciple was sacked from the ashram in 2005 for his indecent behavior. Also, we must mention here that Raju was also exposed in a sting operation and the sting operation was telecasted on A2Z news channel.
Even if we believe the news telecasted by the biased media channels, but many facts made it ample hard to believe this not even with open eyes. For example, one may wonder to think that if Mr. Raju and his complete team are fighters of truth, then Why the A2Z news channel was stopped inGujarat , while it was showing the great works of Mr. Raju against Asaram Bapu ji. He also cited his team members which includes Sandesh newspaper ( a very popular in increasing tensions in the society), India TV (famous for showing contents from You tube videos) and others also. One can see the sting operation here…. Hats off to these youngsters to bring out the truth.
There is also another great news about Mr. Raju. As we know that innovations are the demand of today society, how can our Mr. Raju remain behind? Recently, Mr. Raju filed an FIR against Asaram Bapu ji and others two sadhaks accusing them for planning his murder. As per initial reports, Raju was shot with three bullets. But he still survived this murder attempt because he was wearing a thick jacket. So this jacket may get “INNOVATION OF THE YEAR” award because our great army forces are still looking for such kind of jackets that can withstand the bullets.
Let us come back to the high court stay order.
While ordering a stay on the probe that was going on for more than a year, Justice Akil Kureshi expressed dissatisfaction in the manner in which the investigating agency sought to arraign seven sadhaks in the case.
The judge asked the state government to explain in detail the process of investigation, because the court felt that the FIR lodged more than a year later was a hurried step on part of CID (crime) because of pressure felt in this sensitive case.
But our biased electronic media was not able to capture this news. May be because they telecast only those news for which they are getting profits. Ultimately, profits matter a lot.
“There is an attempt to somehow file a complaint leaving it for the court to later take corrective measures,” Justice Kureshi wrote in his order and mentioned that it would not be appropriate to make further observations at this stage.
However, the judge has also commented on the way the sadhaks were booked by the investigating agency. The judge hinted that allegations that the sadhaks had the responsibility of safety of students including Dipesh and Abhishek, and that timely search was not undertaken and that the accused were indulged in performing black magic to search missing boys are not enough to book them under Section 304 of IPC.
Now, I can not understand, Who actually is performing Black magic? Are these our cops which were not able to interpret the law? Even a fresh law graduate can understand the difference between negligience and section 304. How can famous and expert lawyer mis-interpret? Was this because of a black magic that was done by media or our well known politicians?
If electronic media wants to understand the so called coined term “black magic”, first they need to open their closed eyes. Magic of love, seva for needy and other national development activities, which is completely white and transparent, can not be seen with closed eyes.
Every month, Asaram Bapu ji provide satsang to millions of people all over the world. So media can listen this or can just come to satsang place to capture crowd of millions in their cameras. But for video capturing, they may need to change their camera lenses as, currently some electronic media channels are using cameras with a small focal length. May be their team mate Mr. Raju assist them in innovating these cameras too?
If these particular electronic media channels can get this order, they must read it also. As per the order,”Prima facie, I have serious doubt whether such allegations would constitute offence punishable under Section 304 of IPC,” Justice Kureshi observed and stayedthe investigation, in which CID has within one year conducted Lie Detector Tests of the witnesses later made accused and sought permission for narco tests. The court was critical of the entire process, for it had taken place without registration of any FIR in this regard.
The high court raised doubts on CID investigation after seven office bearers of Asaram ashram Pankaj Saxena, Yogesh Bhati, Vikas Khemka, Min Ketan Patra, Uday Sanghani, Kaushik Vaani and Ajay Shah filed a plea to get an FIR against them quashed.
These accused were treated as witnesses earlier when the investigating agency sought their narco analysis and the metropolitan court as well as the city sessions court granted permission to CID to conduct truth serum test on some of the applicants treating them as witnesses. However, the high court stayed police from conducting narco on them because the issue is pending before the Supreme Court.
