Hyderabad: Maulana Azad National Urdu University is concentrating on the education of women. It is a debt which we are trying to liquidate. The attempts to sensitize women are done through language and culture. MANUU is making an attempt to equip the girls with language without sacrificing their shyness. Due to the importance of Arts, MANUU has decided to establish the Dept. of Fine Arts. This was disclosed by Dr. Mohammed Aslam Parvaiz, VC of MANUU while inaugurating the 6 day workshop on story telling. He applauded the efforts of Ms. Poonam Girdhani for directing this workshop.
Dr. Shakeel Ahmed, PVC of MANUU expressed his delight on the occasion. He applauded the efforts of VC in promoting the activities of Center for Language, literature and Culture of MANUU.
