Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today lashed out at TPCC Chief N Utham Kumar Reddy and TJAC Chairman Prof Kodandaram for their remarks against him and the government. He demanded that the Congress should apologise to the people for stalling the works of Kaleshwaram by moving courts. KCR refuted Utham’s comments as meaningless that he is offering “Dorala Palana” from Gadis (Feudal Rule).
Talking to media persons at Pragathi Bhavan here he refused Utham comments that he is Dora. He warned of filing cases against Utham and other leaders for making unwelcoming remarks against him and the government. KCR was vocal that Kodandaram is spewing venom on the government at the behest of the Congress leaders and is agaisnt the TRS and its coming to power in the State. Except Utham there was no other Dora in the State, he said, adding that he belongs to minority community, whose population is just 1.1 per cent.
The Chief Minister alleged that the Congress was running a malicious campaign through social media. He sought to know that Kodandaram should tell now as to why Singareni will be destroyed if TBGKS wins the elections. “We will keep the promises, including interest-free loans of Rs 6 lakh to Singareni workers, dependant jobs on compassionate grounds and others. He slammed the national trade unions for opposing dependant posts and bringing stay orders from the court.
KCR minced no words stating that Kodandaram has made secret parleys with AICC Chief Sonia Gandhi and General Secretary Digvijay Singh in Delhi against the government. “I formed JAC to unite all parties for statehood and Kodandaram is not Gandhi to ask anything and make false comments”. He flayed Kodandaram for launching martyrs tour which is a useless political tour. He rebuked that TJAC Chief, who was not even a sarpanch, was dancing to the tunes of the Congress and did not get support of even 500 people to his public meetings
