Job Description:
This role will hold responsibility for supporting our regional service sales team across the APAC theatre as they drive sales activity to close service contracts and meet or exceed our regional and theatre quotas.
The role will involve working closely with Polycom Sales teams, Corporate Operations, Order Management and Channel Partners to facilitate and accelerate sales and drive efficiencies through systems and data improvements as well as problem resolution with processing purchase orders. In addition, the individual will be trained in all aspects of quoting to support the APAC team in peak periods alongside the enablement team based out of Bangalore.
Working as part of a centralised APAC services team that reports in to the APAC Service Sales Director, you will be an important part of the service sales process as an enabler for the sales teams. Meeting KPIs and being part of a fast paced centralised support team, you will develop excellent relationships with the different theatre sales teams and become an integral part of their success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
