Andhra Bank to sell Srisailam temple darshan tickets

Kurnool, August 01: Sri Srisaila Bhramarambika Mallikharjuna Swamy temple Executive Officer Venkateswarlu on Sunday stated that the administrative board of Trust has taken a unanimous decision to sell all Arjita Seva tickets through branches of Andhra Bank.

Talking to media persons after emerging out of a meeting of the Trust’s administrative board at Srisailam temple, the Executive Officer said the Trust has decided to sell darshan tickets and all Arjita Seva tickets including for Rudrabhishekham, Seeghra Darshan, and Atiseeghra darshan through the branches of Andhra Bank.

Mr Venkateswarlu added that the Sri Srisaila Bhramarambika Mallikharjuna Swamy temple has reached a Memorandum of Understanding in this connection with the Andhra Bank officials.

Trust president E Koteswara Rao said the Trust’s administrative board took this decision to help the devotees and reduce inconvenience to those who come from faraway places to the temple.

Mr Koteswara Rao added that the decision of the Trust would benefit thousands of Shiva devotees, who can book tickets in advance and reduce congestion during Brahmotsavams and other rituals during auspicious days.

He said the Trust has decided to perform Sri Bhramarambika Mallikharjuna Swamy Kalyanotsavam in August as part of propagating Hindu Dharma Parishad across the state.
