New Delhi, November 19: Senior Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh today took a dig at Rahul Gandhi for spending nights at Dalit hamlets, saying poverty cannot be eradicated by sleeping in poor people’s homes.
The SP leader sarcastically said the Congress leader is “very much concerned” for poor.
“Instead of sleeping in the houses of the poor, he should see the root cause of problem. Poverty is not eradicated just by sleeping in their houses,” he told reporters here.
