New Delhi, Otober 24: Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh says the FIR filed against him for financial fraud is politically motivated.
The party general secratery says he has proof that the petioner Shivkant Tripathi is a BSP man.
Tripathi alleges that between 2003 and 2008, Amar Singh and his wife had amalgamated their companies with other holdings.
He alleges they amassed nearly Rs 500 crore in the process.
